Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct user research via various methods, like testing, interviews, and surveys.
• Document existing product features and functions, identifying potential areas for improvement.
• Identify and analyse user and market pain points to inform product development.
• Develop user personas and map out user journeys.
• Evaluate product prototypes for improvement based on user and market feedback.
• Analyze collected user data and perform competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with the team on new features, provide feedback on wireframes and prototypes, coordinate user testing, and promote user research importance.

What are we looking for ?

We are looking for individuals who have the following skill sets

• Bachelor's or Master's in Design or related field. UX/UI Design or Information Science background is a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the UX industry, with at least 1 year specifically as a UX Researcher.
• Familiar with various UX research methodologies and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with design and collaboration tools like Figma and FigJam, and productivity tools like Word and Excel.
• Strong understanding of user behaviour, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
